Had really really nice stay in this wonderful small hotel, the staff were pleasant, location was incredible in the piazza seating area. The breakfast included coffee and cakes. Location: the property was just off the centre of Menaggio, the shore of Lake Como and bus stop.

Furniture in the room felt dated and worn, which could use a refresh. The noise from a nearby bar constantly seeped through the walls. The bathroom carried a lingering breakfast odor that was distracting, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly.
